All clients will be required to have a credit card on file in order to book an appointment.

Cancellations & Missed appointments

Please understand that appointment times are reserved for you personally. When they

are canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, your stylist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Cancellations made less than 48 hours are subject to a fee of 50% of the services booked.

Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice, are subject to a full charge of their services booked.
